What’s Included:
Yoga and Meditation
For 4 weeks, we will be practicing yoga and meditation to help you destress, reduce anxiety, and help you cultivate healing in your mind, body, and spirit.
Information, Resources, + Homework
For 4 weeks, you will receive information on topics to improve your mental, physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, and social health. We will work on understanding our habits through reflective guided journal prompts and improving them to help ourselves become a healthier version of who we desire to be.
Community
There’s something special about being in a space with other individuals who are inspiring to become healthy. Join the group and other individuals who will help you strive to reach your goals.
