In this workshop, you'll learn how to create a self-care ritual using essential oils to promote relaxation and improve the overall well-being for your mind and body. We'll also delve into the use of essential oils in your home environment, including how to use them to freshen up your living space and create a calming atmosphere. Aromatherapy has been known to help people get back on track with regard to mental health, and incorporating it into our everyday routine can help us invigorate our minds and bodies, as well as freshen up our living spaces.
At this event, you will learn from Sherry Steine, a certified yoga teacher, Feng Shui consultant, and aromatherapy expert at SBW Aligned Expression. Sherry will discuss ways to adopt aromatherapy into your day-to-day self-care regimen safely, and share tips on how to enhance your home environment using essential oils. You'll also get to explore yoga and meditation practices that will help you relax and manage stress.

This free workshop is designed to help you improve your mental health and well-being, and we're thrilled to have a licensed professional leading the session.
During the workshop, you'll learn practical tips and tools for managing stress, anxiety, and other common mental health challenges. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in a yoga and meditation session, which can help you feel more relaxed and centered.
We created this workshop because we know that mental health is a crucial part of overall wellness. We want to provide a safe and supportive space where you can learn new skills, connect with others, and prioritize your own self-care.
