  • How often will we provide the AHY Program?

    During February, May, August, and November.

  • How long are the sessions?

    1 hour.

  • What does the sessions include?

    Breathwork, Yoga, meditation, Topics on mental health, financial health, physical health, emotional health, community space, journaling, reflective worksheets, and a free session with a life coach.

  • How many weeks?

    4 weeks.

  • Will the entire session be a yoga session?

    40 min discussion and 20 mins of yoga/meditation.

  • How much does it cost?

    Free.

  • Are there any scholarships available?

    Yes. More information on the A Healthier You Program homepage.

  • What do I need to purchase before attending the program??

    For In person, yoga mats are provided. For online participants, a yoga mat should be purchased.

  • What is AHY providing in person?

    Journals, pens, yoga mats for use, and light refreshments.

  • Who can register?

    Anyone interested in creating, developing, and maintaining healthy habits.

  • Is there an age requirement?

    18 and older.

  • What topics will be discussed?

    Emotional, Physical, Financial, Mental, and Social health.

  • What happens if I miss a session?

    You can receive basic information about the class missed. There are no make-up sessions.

  • Will the sessions be recorded?

    No.

  • Can I participate in person and online?

    Currently, we are only offering this program virtually.
